What is that noise from my toyota corolla vents when the heat is on?

I have a 2003 toyota corolla and just recently got an oil change and afterwards I started hearing a noise from my vents when I cut the heat on.

      My car one time and it had piece of noise is it sound like vibration do you park your car outside.
