      To be 100% secure you may have to change the whole locking system i.e. security device, immobiliser, door and boot lock and lastly the ignition lock. Seriously speaking can you afford it when Toyota is charging £180 simply to make out a duplicate key, what to talk about changing the whole system simply to deactivate the stolen key? You will be better off just change your car.
