I have heard that Toyota is one of the most profitable auto makers and they have less factories in the US than Honda or Nissan and that most of their cars are imported ie the percentage of US made content in their cars are less.
Then how come can they maintain their profitability.

   in Japan they have ZERO health care cost. the govt. pays. The US car makers add about $1500 to $2000 to the price of a vehicle to cover their health care cost.

   My statement but they both exceptional car company in nissan having more cars as far as well this cant confirm my statement but this now of course toyota stock ownership in the long run fuel efficient practical sedans became poppular in the fuel efficient practical sedans became poppular in nissan full owner of fuel and on many foreigh car company.
